All vendorsOrdered a 60mg bottle and when I went to look up the certificate of analysis there just wasn't one. Emailed asking for it and got a slow, vague reply that didn't actually link a batch document. Shipping and packaging were fine and the rep was polite, so it's not all bad, but if you sell on the strength of third-party testing then every product needs a real, batch-matched COA available. Couldn't verify what I paid for and that's the whole point.
Packaging is nothing fancy, just a padded mailer. Everything arrived intact in five days and the cost was excellent, but a popular item I wanted was out of stock with no restock date, which is a recurring thing here.
Card was charged the moment I checked out and then the order sat for over a week with zero updates. I get that demand is up but a quick email saying it's delayed would go a long way. When it finally arrived everything was correct and the COA was batch-specific, so the product side is okay. The fulfillment communication is the problem and it nearly cost them a returning customer.
