What Customers Mention
Mixed experience. Good prices and decent shipping but I had one vial come underfilled and support was slow to respond. Probably order again anyway.
Purchased GHK-Cu and MK-677 for research applications. The MK-677 was fine - came with proper COA and packaging. However, the GHK-Cu vial had some crystallization that shouldn't have been there according to our lab standards. Contacted support and they said it was normal, but I'm not convinced. Pricing is decent and shipping was about a week. Might try one more order but if quality control issues continue, I'll switch vendors. They're okay but not great.
First TB-500 order was great, second one felt weaker. Could just be me. Shipping and prices are fine.
Prices are good and shipping is fast but I'd feel better if they posted third party testing for each batch. Hard to verify anything.
Got an email asking me to leave feedback after purchasing CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combo along with some CJC-1295 and TB-500 for our lab research. Honestly it's a mixed bag. The products themselves seem legit - COAs are provided and appear accurate. Shipping was reasonable at about 5 business days. However, I had issues with one vial that appeared to have some particulate matter floating in it. Reached out to customer service and they did replace it, but it took nearly two weeks and several follow-ups to get that resolved. Pricing is competitive but not the cheapest. Would probably order again but hoping for more consistent quality control.
My semaglutide vial looked noticeably underfilled compared to my last order. Same product, same listed amount. Otherwise shipping was fine.
I've ordered from Amino Asylum twice now - most recently BPC-157 and CJC-1295 for research purposes. The peptides themselves appear to be quality products based on the third-party COAs they provide, and our preliminary testing confirms the advertised purity levels. However, I've had consistent issues with their customer service. First order took 8 days to ship despite paying for priority, and when I emailed to ask about the delay, no response for 5 days. Second order went smoother but one of the vials arrived with a cracked cap. I contacted them immediately with photos and it took three separate emails over 10 days before they finally sent a replacement. The replacement did arrive quickly once approved. They clearly have good products but the communication and fulfillment process is frustrating. If they improved their response times and shipping consistency, I'd rate them much higher. For now, I'm looking at other vendors even though the product quality is solid. They need to match their peptide quality with better customer support.
Some batches seem fine, others feel underdosed. Hard to tell without testing it yourself. Shipping was quick at least.
