What Customers Mention
CJC-1295 came in sealed and properly labeled and it cost less than the bigger names I usually go with. Packaging was just a padded mailer, nothing fancy, but everything survived fine. Would order again.
Order sat in processing for five days before tracking even updated. Site says expedited worldwide, mine took almost two weeks to arrive and an email asking about it went unanswered.
The TB-500 looked fine and the lyo cake was intact, but the certificate they emailed was a generic compound sheet with no lot number on it. When a site advertises independent testing I expect the actual batch.
Barely anything online about Axion so I started small with a single BPC-157 vial. Shipped the next day and the batch COA was right there in the box. Vial filled to the line, no complaints.
Ordered a GHK-Cu and a BPC stack. Both came sealed and labelled, dispatch was same day as promised. Reordering soon.
Used to be one of the cheaper options for semaglutide but the price has crept up since I last ordered. Still arrived quickly at least.
BPC-157 order was fine, but a follow-up order had a vial that looked underfilled compared to the others. Support credited me, just took a couple of emails.
Fast shipping, COA matched the batch, vials labelled clearly. Exactly what I wanted from a supplier.
Retatrutide was noticeably cheaper here than elsewhere. Vial fill looked right and it shipped within a day.
Decided to try Axion Peptides after seeing recommendations in a research forum. Ordered KPV for a specific study protocol and I'm happy with what arrived. The COA showed 99.3% purity which is excellent - some of the highest I've seen for this particular peptide. Packaging was professional with proper cold chain maintenance, arrived in 5 days. Price was a bit higher than some other vendors but the quality justifies it in my opinion. Their website has good product information which I appreciate. Customer service answered a pre-purchase question I had about storage recommendations within a few hours. Would definitely order from them again.
Just received my Selank order from Axion Peptides and I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with their professionalism. First off, the product came with one of the most comprehensive COAs I've seen - not just purity testing (99.1%) but also identity verification via mass spec and endotoxin testing which gives me real confidence in what I'm working with. The packaging was excellent, double-bagged with desiccant packs and cold packs that were still frozen on arrival. Shipping took 4 days from order to doorstep. The vial itself is pharmaceutical grade with crisp labeling and proper sealing. I've been in research for 8 years and attention to these details really matters when you're running controlled studies. Their pricing is on the higher end but you're paying for quality control and proper handling. Customer service proactively sent me an email with storage recommendations and reconstitution protocols which was a nice touch. My only minor critique is their website could have better search functionality, took me a minute to find the specific product page. But that's really nitpicking - the core offering is top tier. Will be using Axion for future peptide needs.
This is my second order from Axion Peptides and they continue to impress. Ordered KPV this time for a new research protocol and the quality is outstanding. The COA shows 99.4% purity with full testing documentation including HPLC analysis and mass spec verification. I really appreciate vendors who don't cut corners on quality control - it makes a huge difference when you're trying to get consistent results in your work. Shipping was fast at 3 days and everything arrived properly packaged with temperature monitoring. The cold pack was still partially frozen which tells me they're serious about maintaining product integrity. Their customer service team is also knowledgeable - I had a technical question about solubility and got a detailed response from someone who clearly understands the chemistry. Pricing is higher than budget vendors but honestly you get what you pay for in this space. I've wasted money on cheap peptides that turned out to be questionable quality, so I'm happy to pay more for reliability. The website is professional and easy to navigate, checkout process is smooth. My only suggestion would be to offer bulk discounts for researchers who order regularly. Overall, Axion has become my go-to vendor for critical research compounds where quality can't be compromised.
Placed an order three weeks ago and it never arrived. Support eventually offered a resend but the whole experience put me off.
Shipping was reasonably quick within AU. Packaging is pretty bare-bones, just a padded mailer, but everything inside was intact so I can't complain too much.
Second order with Axion. Tirzepatide came packed well, vials sealed, powder reconstituted clear. No complaints.
Sent two emails to support about a missing item and didn't hear back for nearly a week. Eventually sorted it but the wait was frustrating.
Product turned up fine and the lyophilised cake looked intact. The COA they sent was a generic one though, not tied to my actual lot number, which I'd have liked.
Pricing on the GLP-1 range is genuinely good compared to other AU sites I checked. Vials arrived sealed and labelled properly.
Ordered semaglutide on a Tuesday morning, dispatched same day and landed two days later. COA was in the box and the batch number matched. Will reorder.
