This was a frustrating one. I ordered the AOD-9604, got the confirmation, and then heard nothing for over a week. Emailed twice with no reply before someone finally wrote back to say the item had actually been out of stock the whole time and asked if I wanted a swap or a refund. They did refund me in the end without a fight, so it wasn't a scam, but charging me for something they didn't have and going silent for days is not how this should go. The website still showed it as available too, which is the part that really bugs me.
