What Customers Mention
I was asked to leave a review after my recent order. Got the BPC-157 for a shoulder injury research project and I'm genuinely impressed with how quickly it arrived. Packaging was professional with proper temperature control during transit. The vial came with a detailed COA showing 98.7% purity which is exactly what I need for our lab work. Customer service answered my questions about reconstitution within an hour which was helpful. Only minor gripe is the website checkout process felt a bit clunky, but that's not a dealbreaker. Price point is fair compared to other vendors I've used. The peptide dissolved cleanly without any cloudiness or particulates. Overall very satisfied and will probably order again when we need to restock our BPC supply.
The TB-500 itself seems solid based on our lab analysis, but man the shipping was frustrating. Ordered on a Monday, didn't ship until Thursday, then took another 5 days in transit. That's nearly two weeks total which is way too long when you're running time-sensitive experiments. The peptide came properly packaged with ice packs and the COA showed decent purity at 96.8%. Customer service was slow to respond to my tracking inquiry. Price is competitive though. Would order again if they can fix their fulfillment speed, otherwise I'll probably try another vendor next time.
Fourth time ordering semaglutide from Biotech Peptides and they've been consistent every single time. The purity testing is legit - they post batch-specific COAs right on the product page which I really appreciate. Last batch came in at 99.2% purity with full HPLC results. Shipping took 4 days to the midwest which is reasonable. Packaging uses vacuum sealed pouches inside an insulated box with ice packs. My only complaint is they don't offer expedited shipping options, so if you need something fast you're out of luck. Their customer portal is clean and easy to navigate. Pricing is slightly higher than some competitors but the quality control seems worth it. The reconstitution guide they include is actually useful unlike the generic ones some vendors throw in. Would recommend for serious researchers who care about peptide integrity.
