One vial in my CJC-1295 order had a stopper that was not seated right. Emailed them, took two days to reply but they sent a replacement without arguing about it.

Order sat on processing for almost a week before tracking updated. The ipamorelin vial looked okay once it landed, just wish the handling had been quicker.

Brown box, bubble wrap, no cold pack at all. The TB-500 arrived intact so no harm done, but for the price I expected a bit more care in the packaging.

Decent vials when you can get them, but retatrutide has been listed as out of stock more than once when I went to reorder. Wish they kept it available.
