Shipping is fast - usually gets here in 5-6 days. Their customer portal makes reordering super easy. Only minor complaint is that their website can be slow to load sometimes. Price point is fair for the quality. The vials are well-packaged with protective wrapping. Really appreciate that they include bacteriostatic water options. Got an email asking for feedback after my order arrived. Ordered Selank and BPC-157 for research purposes. The Selank came with proper COAs which I appreciated, but the BPC-157 vial had some cloudiness that concerned me. Shipping took about 8 days which was reasonable. Customer service responded to my questions within a day. The pricing is competitive but I'm not entirely confident about the consistency between batches. Packaging was decent - everything arrived intact. Would probably order again but will be more selective about which products I choose from them.

Quality has been consistent - COAs show good purity levels (97-99% range) and our testing confirms this. Shipping from overseas takes a bit longer than domestic vendors, usually 10-12 days, but everything arrives properly packaged and labeled. Customer service is responsive via email. Pricing is competitive. My only complaint is the website could use better organization and the tracking updates are sometimes sparse. Overall solid vendor for research peptides.
