I ordered tirzepatide and the label on what showed up said semaglutide. Emailed them and because I was past their 30 day return window they would not do anything about it. Frustrating to be stuck with the wrong item over a return policy. Shipping was fast at least, for whatever that is worth.

Just vials loose in a padded mailer, no cold pack at all. Everything arrived intact but for the price of a GLP order I expected a bit more care.

Emailed twice asking when retatrutide would be back and never heard a word. The first order was smooth but the silence after isn't great.
