What Customers Mention
Order eventually showed up in good shape. Emailed them twice about a tracking question and didn't hear back until after it had already arrived.
No real complaints on shipping or vial quality. Just would like to see a COA tied to my actual lot number rather than a generic one for the product.
What they carry is priced well and ships fast, but I had to go elsewhere for half my list. Wish they'd expand the catalog.
It's a no-frills operation. Mailer was a bit beat up by the time it got here but the vials inside were sealed and undamaged. Price makes up for it.
Was asked to leave a review after my purchase. I ordered Retatrutide and Epithalon for metabolic research. The products themselves seem fine—COAs show good purity numbers. However, my order arrived 8 days after placing it, which is longer than their website promises. The Retatrutide vial also had a slightly damaged label, though the seal was intact. Customer service eventually responded and offered a small discount on my next order, but it took three follow-up emails to get a reply. For the price point, I expected better communication. The peptides work for our research needs, but I'm comparing other vendors before my next bulk order. Not terrible, just not exceptional either.
