ice pack was warm on arrival
Disappointed with this one. The package took close to two weeks and the cold pack inside was completely warm by the time it got here. Vials themselves looked okay and the fill was fine, but for the price I expected better shipping. Customer service did reply but it took a couple days.

large order ran into stock issues
Tried to place a bigger order and had to email back and forth for a week sorting out what was actually in stock. Got there eventually but it was a hassle.
