Had trouble getting onto the site for a couple of days, turns out they were moving domains. Once I got through, the order itself went smoothly and arrived in good shape. Just a confusing few days.

Order eventually arrived fine and packed well, but it took them four days to answer a simple email about my tracking. Felt slow given how responsive people say they are.

Product itself seems fine and the box arrived fast. But the QR code on the vial just goes to their store homepage, not a batch-specific certificate. For a company that markets third-party HPLC testing that's a letdown. Doing it because the price was fair, but I'd like real traceability next time.

Service and shipping were fine, TB-500 arrived sealed. Pricing has crept up a little since I first ordered though.

Quick shipping and tidy packaging, BPC-157 vial sealed. The generic label with no batch info bugs me a little, otherwise fine.

The certificate is a general one for the product, not tied to my specific batch. Order arrived fine otherwise and pretty quick.

First two orders shipped next day, this one sat two days before moving. Product and COA were fine, just not as quick as I expected.

Emailed about a delivery question and got a reply in a couple hours, that part was good. Shipping itself was just okay, took about five days.

Ordered CJC-1295 from Iron Peptides on December 10th, didn't arrive until December 20th. That's 10 days for domestic shipping, which is way too long. I reached out on day 7 and they said it was stuck at the carrier facility—not their fault technically, but they could've proactively communicated that. The peptide itself looked fine when it finally arrived. COA showed 97.8% purity, vial was intact, packaging was basic but adequate. Price was cheap at for 5mg, so maybe you get what you pay for in terms of service. Would I order again? Only if I'm not in a hurry.

COA referenced a lot number but the vial I got just had a generic label, nothing on it. Hard to confirm it matched. Product itself seemed fine.

Third-party HPLC was right there on the product page for the TB-500 and came back 99%+. Wish it was tied to my batch though.
