What Customers Mention
Third order with them and shipping has been consistent every time. Boxes are plain but everything inside is padded well.
The order arrived intact and the products were fine, so no issue there. But I emailed them a question about a discount code before ordering and didn't hear back for four days. By then I'd already placed the order anyway. If you're patient it's fine, just don't expect a fast response.
Ordered TB-500, came quick, vials were sealed tight and the COA matched the lot. Smooth all around.
Used Narrows years ago back when they did SARMs and the experience this time was about the same — decent product, okay packaging, nothing that wows you. The vial fill looked a touch under the line on one of the two I ordered. Not enough to complain hard about, just worth mentioning.
Pricing is genuinely competitive and the free US shipping is a nice touch. Took five days to reach me on the east coast.
Got a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that didn't scan into the system for almost a week. Eventually the package did show up and the product was fine, but a week of a dead tracking link is stressful when you don't know if the order actually moved.
Order itself was smooth and the vials looked clean and properly sealed. My only gripe is the certificate of analysis they linked wasn't batch-specific, it was dated several months back. For the price I'd expect testing tied to the actual lot.
Been waiting on their BPC-157 to come back in stock for a while and grabbed two vials the day it dropped. Shipped same day like they promise, COA was right there on the product page.
Few orders in now. Pricing stays competitive, shipping is quick, bottles always sealed. Does what I need it to.
My earlier orders came in two or three days, this one took most of a week with slow tracking updates. Product was fine when it got here.
YK-11 powder reconstituted clear, vial sealed and labeled properly. Took four days to land. Happy with it.
Returned an item and got dinged a restocking fee on top of paying return shipping. Policy is stingier than it should be. Product quality was okay otherwise.
Been using Narrow Labs for a few months now, mostly for Melanotan II studies. This latest batch came with a really detailed COA that included additional amino acid sequencing data which was super helpful for my documentation. Purity came in at 98.6% which is excellent. Reconstituted perfectly and the vial quality is noticeably better than some budget vendors I've tried. Shipping was 5 days, tracking updated regularly. Price point is fair for the quality. Only minor gripe is their website doesn't save your shipping address for future orders so you have to re-enter everything each time. Will definitely keep ordering for research purposes though.
Emailed about a tracking question and heard back the same afternoon. Helpful and to the point. Order itself was fine.
Andarine S4 caps, ordered Thursday, here Monday. Zelle discount made it a bit cheaper too. Easy.
The cert they sent was current but it wasn't tied to my actual batch number. Would prefer a real batch match. Shipping and packaging were good.
Second order of MK-677. Both times shipped same week and the bottles were labeled correctly. Solid enough.
Placed an order for MK-677, Melanotan II, and BPC-157 about three weeks ago for ongoing lab research. The MK-677 and BPC-157 both checked out fine - good purity according to the included COAs, dissolved cleanly, proper labeling. The Melanotan II however arrived with a manufacturing date that was almost 11 months old. Not expired technically, but I prefer fresher compounds for baseline studies. Customer service was okay when I reached out, they offered a 10% discount on my next order but I would've preferred a replacement. Shipping took 6 days which is middle of the road. Pricing is competitive but not the cheapest I've seen. They're not bad, just nothing that makes them stand out from the dozen other vendors I've tried over the past two years.
Cash App order glitched and instead of just sorting it they asked me to send more money to fix the form. Took weeks of emails before it resolved. Not worth the headache.
Branded bottles, everything sealed, nothing rattling around. BPC-157 caps showed up in two days. Reordering.
