Half the peptides I wanted were marked out of stock and the ones available had crept up in price compared to my order earlier this year. Ended up only getting one of the three things on my list. The single vial that did ship was packaged fine, I'll give them that, but the inventory situation made the whole thing frustrating.

Got a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that didn't scan into the system for almost a week. Eventually the package did show up and the product was fine, but a week of a dead tracking link is stressful when you don't know if the order actually moved.

Returned an item and got dinged a restocking fee on top of paying return shipping. Policy is stingier than it should be. Product quality was okay otherwise.

Lab tested my S23 caps out of curiosity and they came in noticeably under the labeled dose. Packaging and shipping were fine, but that is the part that matters.
