What Customers Mention
Decent prices and the BPC-157 vial looked fine, sealed and labeled. Just frustrating that third-party testing is not on the product pages. Had to ask.
Ordered ipamorelin and a CJC-1295 blend, shipped from Indiana within a day. Vials filled right and sealed. Prices keep me ordering.
Some orders are quick and perfect, others drag on processing for a week with no update. The TB-500 itself was good quality both times.
Long time buyer here. When things go smooth they ship same day and the prices on GHRP-2 are unbeatable. Powder reconstitutes clear.
Pricing is the main reason to use them. BPC-157 arrived in five days, plain bubble mailer, vial intact. Nothing fancy but it worked.
Sent two emails about an order question and got zero response, not even an auto reply. The peptides came eventually but the customer service is rough.
They carry way more peptides than most places, found GHRP-6 and ipamorelin in stock when others were sold out. Checkout was simple.
Been ordering DSIP and Thymosin Alpha-1 from Nootropic Source for about 6 months now. Quality is consistent, COAs always included. Shipping takes about 5 days to the east coast. Prices are fair compared to other vendors I've tried.
Emailed for COAs and got nothing the first time. Asked again later and they actually sent results and said the site is being updated. Wish it was just posted up front.
After disappointing experiences with three other vendors, Nootropic Source finally delivered quality thymosin alpha-1 for our immune system research. The purity testing is comprehensive - they provide both HPLC and mass spec data showing 99.1% purity with proper peptide sequencing confirmation. This is critical for thymosin work where even minor impurities can skew results. The lyophilization is pharmaceutical grade, reconstitutes absolutely clear with no aggregation. Shipping took 4 days to the northeast with proper cold chain maintained throughout. Customer service answered technical questions about storage stability with actual scientific references which shows they know their products. The vials are high quality borosilicate glass with clean crimped seals. Their batch testing is rigorous - each product page shows current batch COAs, not generic certificates. Pricing is higher than budget vendors but competitive with other premium sources. For research where peptide quality is non-negotiable, this is my new go-to vendor. The website interface could be more modern but functionality is solid.
Ordered GHRP-2 and a CJC-1295 blend, shipped next day and both arrived clean and well packed. Reasonable pricing.
Prices are genuinely good and the TB-500 vials were sealed well. Just be ready to wait, processing took longer than I expected.
Placed an order in late October and never got a tracking number. Support email went unanswered for weeks. Eventually it showed up but the silence was frustrating.
Paid extra for faster shipping on a BPC-157 spray and it still took five days. Ice pack was warm by the time it landed. Product seemed okay.
There are no batch or lot numbers on the vials so even if they had a COA you could not match it. Bugs me. Shipping itself was fine.
Big catalog and the ipamorelin was the lowest price I found. Vial fill looked accurate, no complaints.
Nootropic Source has become my primary vendor for both cognitive and longevity peptides. Ordered epithalon and MK-677 for an aging research protocol and both exceeded expectations. The epithalon came with extensive purity documentation showing 99.3% which is the highest I've seen for this peptide. MK-677 tested at 98.7% with full amino acid sequencing. What really impressed me was their packaging - each vial individually wrapped in foil pouches with desiccant packs, then placed in a thermal box with multiple gel packs. Temperature strip showed it never went above 4C during the 3 day transit. Their website has detailed technical specifications for each product which is helpful when writing protocols. Customer service is responsive and actually knowledgeable about peptide science, not just order support. Pricing is on the higher end but justified by the quality control. My only suggestion would be bulk discounts for research institutions. Will definitely continue using them for our longevity studies.
Used them twice. First order of GHRP-6 was great, second one sat on processing for over a week before it moved. Decent prices keep me coming back though.
Crypto discount made the CJC-1295 order a really good deal. Came in 3 days, lyophilized cake intact.
Tried to find a certificate of analysis for my BPC-157 and there is nothing posted. Emailed support and never heard back. Product looked fine but I want the paperwork.
