Sent two emails about an order question and got zero response, not even an auto reply. The peptides came eventually but the customer service is rough.

Placed an order in late October and never got a tracking number. Support email went unanswered for weeks. Eventually it showed up but the silence was frustrating.

There are no batch or lot numbers on the vials so even if they had a COA you could not match it. Bugs me. Shipping itself was fine.

Tried to find a certificate of analysis for my BPC-157 and there is nothing posted. Emailed support and never heard back. Product looked fine but I want the paperwork.
