Shipping was a touch slower than I hoped but everything else was right. Tirzepatide vials packed tight, two cold packs still cool, batch-specific COA in the box. Happy customer.

I have ordered from Nova a few times and most of those went smoothly, fast shipping out of Texas and COAs that actually list a purity figure. This last order was the frustrating one. One of my two BPC-157 vials was visibly short next to the other from the same batch, well below the fill line. I emailed support with a photo and then heard nothing for the better part of a week. A second message finally got a response, and to their credit they did agree to reship the short vial. But for a vendor that advertises top-tier customer service, going quiet on a legitimate fill problem is not a good look. The product and the documentation are fine and the prices are reasonable, so I am not done with them, but they need to tighten up the QC on fill volumes and answer their email faster when the mistake is plainly on their end.

No drama at all. Ordered, shipped the same afternoon, arrived well packed with the batch certificate included. Will order again.

Third order from Nova and the pattern holds. Ships quick, vials filled to the line, batch COA every time. The GHK-Cu I wanted was in stock when two other sites had it backordered.

The TB-500 looked fine and shipped on time, but the COA they sent was generic, not tied to my actual batch. For research use I'd like the real numbers.
