Ordered semaglutide in the middle of July and the single ice pack in the box was completely thawed by the time it reached me. The vial itself looked okay and the COA matched, but for summer shipping one pack just is not enough. Took five days as well, slower than their same-day claim had me expecting.

Reordered ipamorelin and the per-mg cost had gone up noticeably since my last order a few months back. Still came with the COA and shipped on time, but the quiet price bump was a letdown.

Reconstitution went smoothly with no cloudiness or particles. So why 3 stars? Their communication is inconsistent. I emailed them twice before ordering with questions about their testing protocols and got two different answers from what seemed like two different people. One said they test every batch, the other said they test random samples. That's a red flag for me. Then after ordering, my tracking number didn't work for the first 48 hours. I contacted support and got a generic "it takes time to update" response. Tracking finally worked on day 3 and the package arrived on day 5. For , I expect better customer service and consistent information. The peptide quality seems good based on the COA, but the experience left me hesitant to order again. Maybe I just got unlucky with their support team, but transparency matters in this industry. I'll probably try a different vendor next time unless they improve their communication game.
