Retatrutide was out of stock for a while so I had to wait. Once it was back the order went through fine and shipping was quick. Middle of the road.

Semaglutide showed up sealed and the COA was included, so no real issue with the product. Just a padded envelope though, no ice pack. Came through ok.

They advertise same-day fulfillment but my order sat a couple days before it shipped. GHK-Cu itself was fine and sealed when it got here. Just average.

Ordered Ipamorelin from Nova Peptides after seeing good reviews here. The product itself seems fine—COA showed 98.3% purity and the vial was sealed properly. Reconstitution went smoothly with no cloudiness or particles. So why 3 stars? Their communication is inconsistent. I emailed them twice before ordering with questions about their testing protocols and got two different answers from what seemed like two different people. One said they test every batch, the other said they test random samples. That's a red flag for me. Then after ordering, my tracking number didn't work for the first 48 hours. I contacted support and got a generic "it takes time to update" response. Tracking finally worked on day 3 and the package arrived on day 5. For , I expect better customer service and consistent information. The peptide quality seems good based on the COA, but the experience left me hesitant to order again. Maybe I just got unlucky with their support team, but transparency matters in this industry. I'll probably try a different vendor next time unless they improve their communication game.
