When I reached out, the first thing I got pointed to was the all-sales-final policy, which is a frustrating wall to hit when the issue is plainly on their end. To their credit a different rep eventually agreed to reship the short vial, but it took three emails over a week and a photo to get there. The product and documentation are good and the prices with the forum code are fair, so I'm not writing them off. But the return stance and the slow back-and-forth on a legitimate fill error knocked this one down for me.
