Product was fine and arrived intact, but the plain padded envelope with no cold pack made me a little nervous in summer heat.

Order sat on processing for almost a week before a tracking number ever showed up. When it finally arrived everything was fine, but two emails asking for an update went unanswered. For a vendor this small I expected to hear back faster.

Pricing on their BPC-157 beat what I usually pay and the vials looked clean with consistent fill. Shipping was a couple days slower than I'd like but nothing major.

First time ordering from a smaller name and honestly it went better than expected. Box arrived sealed, vials filled to the line, and the COA was right there in the package.

Ordered Semax and KPV together. Semax arrived fine but KPV vial had a small crack in the rubber stopper. Contacted them and they shipped a replacement but it took 8 days total to resolve. The actual peptides tested well once I got usable vials. Wish their QC caught the defect before shipping.

My MK-677 vial seemed light compared to what I ordered. Hard to be sure but it didn't look right next to my last one.

This is my third order of BPC-157 from Pacific Research Labs and they've been consistent every time. The COA shows 98.7% purity which is what I need for my protocols. They include bacteriostatic water which is convenient. Shipping took 5 days but that's reasonable. Only gripe is their website checkout process is a bit clunky - had to re-enter payment info twice. Product quality makes up for the minor inconvenience though. Their batch testing documentation is thorough and they clearly take quality control seriously.

Bought CJC-1295 and GHK-Cu as a bundle during their holiday sale. Both products came with individual COAs dated within the last month. The GHK-Cu had a beautiful blue tint which indicates proper copper binding. CJC reconstituted smoothly with no particulates. Their packaging uses pharmaceutical-grade vials with crisp labels. Customer service answered my dosing calculation question within a few hours. Prices are middle-of-the-road but quality seems worth it. Tracking was accurate and delivery was on schedule.

The certificate they sent looked like a generic one rather than tied to my actual batch number. Emailed support and they took a few days to reply.
