What Customers Mention
My last two orders tell different stories. The first arrived in two days, perfectly packed, vials filled right. The second took closer to a week to even ship, the email confirmation lagged behind, and one vial looked a touch underfilled next to the others. Still got everything eventually and the prices are good, but the consistency has slipped a bit from what I was used to.
Prices land in the mid range but the regular promo codes make it feel like a deal. Ordered BPC-157 and TB-500 together and both came packed snug with nothing rattling around.
Website is simple, checkout was painless, package arrived in two days. Can't ask for much more than that.
Shipping was fine but I had a question about a discount code that wouldn't apply and it took over a week to hear anything back. Customer service used to be quicker than this.
I have ordered from Paradigm a handful of times and the actual delivery side is genuinely good, fast and consistent. My ongoing gripe is the certificate of analysis. It is a blanket PDF that covers the product generally rather than the specific lot you received, and the purity numbers I have seen quoted from third party tests don't always line up with the 98 percent on the label. Not enough to stop ordering, but enough that I wish they tightened it up.
Hit the free shipping threshold easily and the order still moved fast. Vials were filled properly this time and the caps were sealed clean. Solid experience overall, would order again.
What keeps me coming back is that they actually stock the harder to find stuff. Ordered three different items and they were all available, all shipped together same day.
My order shipped with one peptide missing from the box. Support did eventually make it right and sent the GHK-Cu separately, but it took three emails over about a week to get a reply. The shipping itself was fast, it was just the back and forth that dragged.
Third order this year and every one showed up within the week. Stock has been steady on the items I reorder.
No complaints on cost or speed. Packaging is pretty bare bones though, just the vials in a bubble mailer with no ice pack, which made me nervous in the summer heat.
The TB-500 vial looked noticeably low compared to past orders. Reconstituted to the right volume but it just doesn't sit right when you're paying for a stated weight and the fill looks short.
Been ordering off Paradigm for over a year. Catalog is huge, prices are fair, and the discount codes show up often enough that I rarely pay full sticker. Boxes always arrive quick and well packed.
Decent vials and the BPC-157 arrived sealed fine, but the COA they link is a generic document, not tied to my lot number. For the price I'd expect testing matched to the actual batch.
Ordered Wednesday afternoon and it was on my porch Friday. Domestic delivery has never let me down with Paradigm.
GHK-Cu showed up fast, vial labeled and sealed, COA in the box. Plain packaging but discreet. No complaints here.
Half the things I wanted were out of stock when I went to order. What I did get, ipamorelin, came quick and sealed properly.
Reordered CJC-1295 and the price had jumped noticeably from my last order. Product fine, just not the deal it used to be.
BPC-157 order, three days, clean vials. Done a few of these now and it's been steady.
Semaglutide and retatrutide both arrived, packaging was nothing special but did the job. Just wish they'd post real batch COAs.
Ordered three weeks ago, tracking never updated past the label, and I couldn't get anyone to respond. Worst experience I've had with a vendor.
