Pep Factory

Placed an order with Pep Factory for Semax and NAD+ about two weeks ago. The products finally arrived after 9 days which is longer than I expected, especially since I paid for expedited shipping. The NAD+ vial had some crystallization which made me wonder about storage conditions during transit - no temperature strip included so can't verify. The Semax looks fine and COA shows 97.8% purity which is acceptable. Customer service was kind of slow to respond when I asked about the shipping delay, took them almost 48 hours to get back to me. Pricing was competitive which is why I tried them. The products seem legitimate based on the COAs but the overall experience was just okay. Might give them another shot but would probably stick with my usual vendor if they have stock.

Been using Pep Factory for a few months now and they've been dependable for my research needs. Recently ordered Ipamorelin and NAD+ - both came with detailed COAs showing good purity levels (Ipamorelin at 99.0%, NAD+ at 98.3%). Shipping took about 6 days which is reasonable for the standard option. Everything was packaged well with ice packs and arrived still cold. Their prices are pretty competitive compared to other vendors I've checked out. Website is easy to navigate and checkout was smooth. Had one question about dosage calculations and their support team got back to me within a few hours with helpful info. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one vial had a slightly loose cap, nothing leaked but made me nervous. Overall though, solid vendor.
