My semaglutide vial was visibly short of where the others I've bought sit. Support offered store credit after I emailed photos, which was something, but it took a week of back and forth to get there.

Ordered TB-500 in June and the cold pack was fully thawed when it landed. Took eight days to get here and the insulation was basically a thin bubble mailer. Not great for summer.

One of my tirzepatide vials looked underfilled next to the others. Emailed twice about it and I'm still waiting on a real answer.

Almost two weeks to arrive and the ice pack was completely melted by the time it got here. Vials were sealed at least, but the wait was rough.
