I had a question about whether the GHK-Cu was in stock before ordering and it took four days to hear back. Order itself was okay once it shipped, vial filled to the line and packed well enough.

Product looked fine but the certificate they sent wasn't batch-specific, just a stock sheet for the compound. For the price I'd expect the actual lot tested.

TB-500 powder reconstituted clear and the vial was sealed properly. Packaging is bare bones and shipping was average, but you get what you pay for.

Two of the peptides I wanted were out of stock. The MK-677 I did order was fine but it'd be nice if availability was more consistent.

Placed an order with Pep Factory for Semax and NAD+ about two weeks ago. The products finally arrived after 9 days which is longer than I expected, especially since I paid for expedited shipping. The NAD+ vial had some crystallization which made me wonder about storage conditions during transit - no temperature strip included so can't verify. The Semax looks fine and COA shows 97.8% purity which is acceptable. Customer service was kind of slow to respond when I asked about the shipping delay, took them almost 48 hours to get back to me. Pricing was competitive which is why I tried them. The products seem legitimate based on the COAs but the overall experience was just okay. Might give them another shot but would probably stick with my usual vendor if they have stock.

Order arrived in about six days which was fine. COA wasn't in the box or the listing, had to email support to get it sent over.

GHK-Cu came packaged plainly, cold pack mostly thawed. Nothing wrong with the product itself, just an average experience overall.

Vials looked fine, lyophilized cake intact. The COA they emailed wasn't tied to my actual lot number though, just a generic sheet. Would prefer batch specific.
