Ordered a couple vials plus bacteriostatic water and the water just wasn't in the package when it showed up. Emailed support and it took several days to get a reply, then they said they'd send it separately. Annoying to deal with for something that should be simple.

Half the things I want are always sold out. Ordered TB-500 finally when it was back and shipping was quick at least.

Tried to pull the certificate of analysis for the RAD-140 liquid and the link just refreshed the page every time. Not great when testing is the whole point.

Wanted to order but they only take e-check and crypto type stuff. Annoying. Eventually got it sorted but the checkout is a hassle compared to other vendors.
