What Customers Mention
I've ordered from Peptide Sciences twice before with decent results, so I was surprised when this CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combo arrived with issues. First, shipping took 9 days despite paying for expedited delivery. When it finally arrived, one vial had a broken seal - not completely open but clearly compromised. I contacted customer service and it took them 4 days to respond, then another 3 days of back-and-forth before they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement took another week to arrive. The actual peptide quality seemed okay based on the COA (96.8% purity) but the whole experience was frustrating. For the premium pricing they charge, I expected much better logistics and customer care. Probably going to try other vendors for my next research order.
Our neuroscience lab ordered Semax, Tirzepatide, and Selank from Peptide Sciences for ongoing cognitive enhancement studies. Everything about this order was professional and high-quality. Shipping was fast - 4 days to the Midwest. All three compounds arrived in pristine condition with proper cold chain management. The packaging was among the best I've seen from peptide vendors - pharmaceutical-grade vials, clear labeling with batch numbers, and comprehensive COAs showing purity levels of 98.7%, 97.9%, and 98.2% respectively. We performed our own verification testing and the results aligned perfectly with their documentation. The Semax and Selank have been particularly impressive in our behavioral assays, showing consistent bioactivity across multiple trials. Customer support was knowledgeable when I had questions about optimal reconstitution procedures for the Semax. Pricing is fair considering the exceptional quality control. Will continue using them for research purposes.
Ordered both the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend and Semax for research purposes. The CJC blend arrived fine, but the Semax vial looked suspect - some cloudiness that wasn't there in my previous orders from other vendors. COA was dated but when I requested more recent testing data, customer service took 5 days to respond with a generic reply. Expected better from a company with this reputation. Shipping was decent at least, 6 days to east coast. Won't be ordering the Semax again but might give the combo blend another try.
Been using Peptide Sciences for my research work for about 8 months now. Just received my latest order of Selank and the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelen combo. Everything arrived within 4 days, well packaged with ice packs still cold. COAs are always included and easy to verify. The Selank quality has been consistent across three orders now. Pricing is competitive and they often have sales. Customer service answered my questions about reconstitution within a few hours. Highly recommend for research applications.
Ordered GHK-Cu for our dermatology research program and couldn't be happier. Product arrived in 5 days with professional packaging and complete documentation. The COA showed 98.4% purity from a reputable testing lab. Reconstitution was smooth and we've been using it for two weeks now with consistent, reproducible results in our collagen synthesis assays. The vial sizing is perfect for our needs and the price point is reasonable for the quality. Customer service answered my questions about storage stability within a few hours. Will definitely reorder when we need more for research purposes.
Bought GHK-Cu, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide for comparative research studies. Products arrived in acceptable condition after 7 days. COAs were included showing purity levels between 96.5-97.8% which is decent but not exceptional. The GHK-Cu had some slight clumping that required extra time to reconstitute properly. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide were fine. Customer service was slow to respond when I had questions about batch testing protocols. Pricing is on the higher side compared to other vendors I've used. Products work for research purposes but I wasn't blown away by anything. Might shop around before my next order.
Ordered PT-141 and MK-677 for endocrine research. The actual peptides seem fine - COAs showed acceptable purity (97.1% and 96.8%) and they've reconstituted properly. However, shipping took 8 days which was longer than the 3-5 day estimate on their website. I sent an inquiry about the delay and didn't hear back for 4 days. When the package finally arrived, one of the cold packs had completely thawed, though the peptides still seemed okay based on visual inspection. For the premium price point, I expected faster delivery and better communication. The products themselves work for research purposes but the overall experience was just average.
