What Customers Mention
The certificate emailed for my ipamorelin was a generic one with no lot number on it. The vials themselves were filled fine and the labels were clear, so the order was okay, just wish the paperwork actually matched what I got.
Got a message a day after checkout asking for another payment before they would release the order. I already paid shipping, so being asked again did not sit right with me and I almost cancelled.
TB-500 came double boxed with bubble wrap and the ice pack was still cool. Vials sealed and the COA was in the box.
Same story as last time, ordered BPC-157 and got a payment email but nothing else for five days. Had to message them before it finally moved.
Second order from them, MK-677 this time. Shipping was reasonable and the customer service folks are easy to deal with.
The certificate they sent for my GHK-Cu wasn't batch specific, just a general one. Order itself was packed fine and arrived on time.
CJC-1295 turned up in three days, vials filled correctly and sealed. COA was right there in the package. Will reorder.
Ordered Tirzepatide and BPC-157 from Peptide Shop. The Tirz arrived fine, good packaging and COA looked legitimate. But the BPC-157 vial was slightly underfilled—looked like maybe 4.5mg instead of the advertised 5mg. I reached out to customer service and they said it's within acceptable variance, which I guess is technically true but still annoying when you're paying premium prices. Shipping took 6 days which is slower than their 3-5 day estimate. Not a terrible experience but not great either. Might try another vendor next time.
A couple of the vials had loose powder instead of a proper cake. Reached out and the reply took a few days to come back.
Pricing on tirzepatide was a bit better than a couple other shops I compared. Shipped in good time and the box was packed well.
Peptide Shop delivered my PT-141 order faster than expected—2 days with standard shipping. The vial came in a small foam-lined box with desiccant packs, which was a nice touch. COA included in the package with QR code for verification. Reconstitution was smooth, no issues with solubility. My only gripe is their website checkout process is clunky and kept timing out on mobile. Had to switch to desktop to complete the order. Product itself seems legit though. Would buy from them again but maybe fix that checkout flow.
Order sat in one state for about a week with no movement. Product and paperwork were all correct when it finally landed.
Checked the HPLC numbers on the ipamorelin against the listing and they lined up. Vials were sealed and labeled properly.
Got an email after my order asking for an extra fee before delivery. Not what I expected after already paying for shipping at checkout.
Third order from Peptide Shop, this time got their Ipamorelin. Came in 3 days, packaging was discreet with no exterior markings. Vial looked clean, rubber stopper was intact, and the COA showed 98.7% purity from an accredited lab. Price was for 5mg which seems fair compared to other vendors I've checked. Reconstituted with 2ml BAC water and dissolved completely within 30 seconds. My go-to vendor for Ipam now. Only thing I'd change is they could include a syringe or at least offer it as an add-on during checkout.
Had a question about my semaglutide order and they replied within the hour, super friendly. That alone made me a repeat customer.
Placed my order and heard nothing for almost a week. Emailed support and it shipped the same day. It would have just sat there otherwise.
Ordered BPC-157 and TB-500, both arrived double boxed with bubble wrap and an ice pack still cold. COAs were in the box.
