Shipping is fast - usually 4-5 business days to the East Coast. The vials are properly sealed and labeled with batch numbers that match the COAs perfectly. Pricing is middle of the road, not the cheapest but not gouging either. Their website is straightforward without a bunch of marketing fluff which I appreciate. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't offer bulk discounts, and when you're running long-term studies that adds up. But honestly that's a minor complaint. The product quality and consistency is what matters most for research purposes and they nail that every time.
