Placed an Epithalon order in early September and one of the two vials arrived with the cap loose and the stopper not seated right. I emailed support with photos the same day and a week later I still have not heard a word back. Really disappointing for a company that advertises US-based customer service. The other vial was fine, but the silence is what stings.

NAD+ order came through okay. Vial was sealed and the fill looked normal, packaging was plain but did the job. Shipping took five days. It's a middle-of-the-road experience, neither bad nor memorable.

Product itself seems fine, no complaints on the CJC-1295 vial or the fill. But for a vendor that talks up third-party testing this much, I'd really expect batch-specific certificates posted on the site instead of having to ask. Shipping was quick at least.

Tirzepatide showed up double-boxed with a cold pack still firm. Lyo cake looked clean and the vial was filled to the line. Only knock is the COA in the box was a stock sheet, not my actual lot.
