What Customers Mention
They had retatrutide in stock when half the vendors I checked were sold out. Vial fill looked right and it shipped the next morning.
Ordered semaglutide in late June and the cold pack was completely thawed by the time it reached me. Took six days in transit and the insulation was just a thin liner in the box. For summer shipping that is not enough, especially at these prices.
Third order with Pinnacle and they have not missed yet. Free shipping over $200 is a nice touch and everything arrives packed properly.
Product itself seems fine, no complaints on the CJC-1295 vial or the fill. But for a vendor that talks up third-party testing this much, I'd really expect batch-specific certificates posted on the site instead of having to ask. Shipping was quick at least.
Tirzepatide showed up double-boxed with a cold pack still firm. Lyo cake looked clean and the vial was filled to the line. Only knock is the COA in the box was a stock sheet, not my actual lot.
Ordered BPC-157 on a Monday and it was at my door Wednesday. Same-day processing is real with these guys.
Decent prices and the order arrived in good shape. Just want batch-specific testing posted instead of a general purity claim.
Melanotan 2 starter kit came complete with diluent, everything sealed. Shipping dragged a bit at over a week. Fair value.
Had a question about my order and it took nearly a week to hear back. Product was fine when it showed up but the support side needs work.
Checkout was easy, order shipped quick, CJC-1295 with DAC vial arrived sealed. Solid mid-range vendor.
Half the things I wanted were unavailable. What I did get (TB-500) came fine, but stock is hit or miss.
Been ordering from them for a few months. Consistent shipping, vials always sealed and labeled right. Prices stay competitive.
Three days to my door. Sermorelin and ipamorelin both well sealed. Pricing was reasonable.
Ordered Thymosin Alpha-1 after reading good reviews and wasn't disappointed. COA showed 98.9% purity with testing done by an accredited third-party lab. The vial was properly sealed and the powder reconstituted without any cloudiness or precipitation. Their packaging includes detailed handling instructions which is helpful. Shipping took 4 days with tracking updates at every stage. Customer support responded to my storage question within a couple hours. Price point is fair for the quality you're getting. Will definitely order from them again.
Order arrived intact and on time. Nothing wrong, nothing special. COA paperwork was thin though.
They carry stuff other vendors don't, picked up hexarelin and fragment 176-191 in one order. Both arrived fine.
One of my BPC-157 vials looked short on fill compared to the others in the same order. Emailed support, took them a few days to get back to me.
Quick shipping, IGF-1 LR3 vial sealed and labeled clearly. Good enough for me to come back.
Catalog is huge and prices are fair, but I wish they posted real third-party test results per batch. Vials themselves were fine.
Placed order Thursday evening, received Monday morning. LL-37 and TB-500 both came with recent COAs. Vials were well-packaged with bubble wrap. Products reconstituted smoothly. Happy with the purchase and their efficient processing.
