customer service was rude
My package got stuck in transit for two weeks and when I emailed to ask what was going on, the reply I got back was short and frankly dismissive. No offer to help track it down, just basically told me to wait. The product eventually showed up but the way I was treated left a bad taste. Would think twice before ordering again.
