Paid by eCheck for my first order and there was a 5 to 7 day hold before anything shipped. Wasn't clearly flagged at checkout. Once it cleared it moved fine but that wait soured the experience.

Had an order where one vial cracked in transit, packaging was honestly a little thin for glass. Emailed them photos and they put a replacement on priority shipping plus tossed in an extra. Did not expect that level of service from a research supplier and it turned me into a repeat customer.

First order with Rasa was smooth, but when I emailed a follow-up question about a second order I never got a reply. Three messages, nothing back. The product itself showed up fine so it's not a disaster, but the silence after they have your money is frustrating and it's the main reason I'm only at three stars here.

Their reta pricing beat the two other domestic places I checked. Shipped quick, packed okay. Would order again.
