It's a middle of the road vendor. Shipping was reasonable, packaging was plain but did the job, prices are okay. Nothing stood out good or bad.

First order with Rasa was smooth, but when I emailed a follow-up question about a second order I never got a reply. Three messages, nothing back. The product itself showed up fine so it's not a disaster, but the silence after they have your money is frustrating and it's the main reason I'm only at three stars here.

Product arrived sealed and the website was easy enough to order from. My main gripe is the testing situation, it's all in-house and there's no batch-specific third party sheet in the box. For domestic GLP-1 pricing it's competitive, just wish they were more transparent on that front.

Tirzepatide came sealed and on time, no problems. Just wish their COAs were more detailed and stock was steadier.

Nothing fancy, just a padded envelope, but the vials arrived intact and sealed. Shipping was reasonable. Average source.

Half the things I wanted were unavailable when I checked. What I did order arrived fine and well packed.

Ordered Semaglutide for metabolic studies and the vial arrived with visible particles floating in the solution. Reached out to Rasa and they eventually sent a replacement, but it took almost two weeks. Replacement tested fine, but the initial quality control issue is concerning for a premium-priced vendor.

Order arrived in about a week. Quality seemed ok. Catalog is a little thin compared to other sources though.

Got my retatrutide fine and the powder looked good, but the COA they sent wasn't batch specific. Asked support and never really got a straight answer.
