two items missing from my order
Paid for a fairly large order and the box arrived light, two of the items I paid for just weren't in it. Support did eventually ship the missing ones out but it took several emails and over a week to get it straightened out. Frustrating for a vendor that's usually solid.

out of stock too often
Half the things I wanted were sold out. Got the RAD-140 eventually but had to wait weeks for it to come back. Frustrating.

packaging was bare
Product arrived fine but it was just a bottle in a padded envelope, no real protection. Shipping was at least fast.
