Customer service responded to my reconstitution question within a few hours. Only complaint is the pricing is a bit higher than competitors, but I'm willing to pay for the reliability. Their site is easy to navigate and checkout is quick. Overall a solid choice for research peptides.

Bought Ipamorelin for a research project and I have to say the product quality is excellent - the COA showed 99.2% purity which is exactly what you want. Packaging came in a nice insulated box with ice packs even though I didn't request expedited shipping. However, my order sat in 'processing' status for 5 days with no updates. I had to email twice before getting a response, and even then it was just a generic 'we're working on it' reply. Once it shipped, it arrived in 3 days. The tracking number took forever to activate in the system. For the price point they're charging, I expect better communication. I'll probably order again because the product itself is top-notch, but they really need to improve their customer service game. Would be a 5-star vendor if they just kept customers in the loop better.
