Half my order was unavailable and they only told me after I chased them for days. Ended up partially refunded eventually. Stock info on the site was wrong.

Almost three weeks for a domestic order with zero communication in between. Product itself was sealed and fine, but the wait was unreasonable.

Tried to contact them twice about a delayed order and just got the automated receipt reply. No actual answer to my question. Disappointing for an established company.

Paid and then heard nothing. No tracking number, no email. It eventually turned up after about two weeks but the silence was stressful.
