Paid and then heard absolutely nothing. No dispatch email, no tracking, nothing for over a fortnight. It did eventually turn up and the product itself was okay, but being left in the dark that long after handing over money is not a great look.

Half my order was unavailable and they only told me after I chased them for days. Ended up partially refunded eventually. Stock info on the site was wrong.

Almost three weeks for a domestic order with zero communication in between. Product itself was sealed and fine, but the wait was unreasonable.

Tried to contact them twice about a delayed order and just got the automated receipt reply. No actual answer to my question. Disappointing for an established company.
