Wanted Tesamorelin and the listing said back in stock in 2-3 days, ended up being closer to a week and a half before it shifted. Rest of the order was fine and arrived quickly once it all went out together. Just wish the stock timings on the site were a bit more honest.
Ordered Ipamorelin again. Dispatch took a few days but the Royal Mail leg was quick once it moved, and the plain box arrived with the vial fill consistent with my first lot. Still no COA in with it, which is the only thing keeping this average for me.
Ordered the GLOW blend and a couple of separate vials. The peptides were fine, packing was tidy enough. I emailed a question before ordering and didn't get a reply for three days, and there's no phone or live chat, so if something goes wrong you're waiting.
Vials of TB-500 arrived fine and the fill looked right. The frustrating bit is the certificate isn't in the box and isn't on the product page, you have to email and ask. Took them the better part of a week to send one over and it wasn't even tied to my batch number.
MT2 arrived sealed and labelled correctly. Took about a week with no updates along the way, which seems normal for them.
Product quality seems genuine and the testing docs are detailed. But you're on your own if anything goes wrong with the order. Support is hit and miss.
Bought Ipamorelin for a research project and I have to say the product quality is excellent - the COA showed 99.2% purity which is exactly what you want. Packaging came in a nice insulated box with ice packs even though I didn't request expedited shipping. However, my order sat in 'processing' status for 5 days with no updates. I had to email twice before getting a response, and even then it was just a generic 'we're working on it' reply. Once it shipped, it arrived in 3 days. The tracking number took forever to activate in the system. For the price point they're charging, I expect better communication. I'll probably order again because the product itself is top-notch, but they really need to improve their customer service game. Would be a 5-star vendor if they just kept customers in the loop better.
Got my retatrutide fine but the certificate they sent wasn't tied to my actual batch number. Asked for the matching one and it took a while.
KPV reconstituted clear and the COA was on the page. Just wish ordering felt a bit more modern, the site and comms are dated.
Order was correct and vials sealed properly. Emailed a question about my GHK-Cu and didn't hear back for nearly four days though.
