Half my cart was sold out by the time I checked out and the retatrutide I wanted has been listed as backordered for weeks. Stock could be better.

Been ordering tirzepatide here for a while. Still reliable but the prices have gone up noticeably since last year. Shopping around now.

They emailed a COA but it was a generic one, not tied to my actual lot number. Product looked fine but I would have liked the matching paperwork.

Ordered KPV and Melanotan II for different research applications. The peptides themselves tested okay - KPV came in at 96.2% purity and MT2 at 97.5% according to their COAs. My issue is I had questions about storage recommendations and it took customer service 5 days to respond. That's just too slow for a serious research operation. Shipping was fine, about 4 days. Prices are reasonable. If they could improve their response times I'd rate higher. The products are decent but support matters when you're spending this kind of money.

Had a question before ordering and got an email reply in like five minutes. Shipping itself was average, took about a week to land.
