Ipamorelin and CJC blend was fine. Took a week to ship out which felt slow. Product was acceptable.

SARMs have always been great from them but my last peptide order had a slightly clumped vial. Reconstituted ok in the end but the appearance was off.

Ordered TB-500, Epithalon, and CJC-1295 for various research applications. The TB-500 was excellent - perfect reconstitution, clear solution, COA looked good. The CJC-1295 was also fine, no complaints there. However, the Epithalon vial had some issues. First, the rubber stopper seemed loose and when I reconstituted it, there was slight discoloration that concerned me. I reached out to customer service and it took them nearly a week to respond, at which point they offered a replacement but I had already moved on with my research timeline. The replacement did arrive eventually and was fine, but the delay was frustrating. Shipping on the original order was slow too - 10 days total. When things go right with Swiss Chems the quality is there, but seems like consistency is an issue. The TB-500 alone would get 5 stars but the Epithalon experience and slow customer service brings it down. Pricing is competitive which is why I tried them, but I'm not sure if I'll order again. For research purposes where timing matters, reliability is key.

Ordered GHK-Cu, MK-677, and the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combo for my research facility. The GHK-Cu was solid - good purity, reconstituted well, no issues. MK-677 also fine. However, the CJC combo was listed as in stock but then I got an email 3 days later saying it was backordered. Took another week before it finally shipped. When it did arrive, the product itself was good quality with proper COA. But the inventory management seems off. Shipping speed when items actually ship is reasonable, about 5-6 days. Prices are fair. Just frustrating when you're planning research timelines and products you ordered aren't actually available. Customer service was apologetic but didn't offer much compensation for the delay.

CJC-1295 arrived as described. Shipping was average and packaging was pretty plain. Does the job, just not a standout experience.

Product itself reconstituted fine. My only gripe is the COA didn't list a batch number that matched my vial, so hard to know what testing actually applies.
