Pricing on their CJC-1295 was a fair bit lower than the two other vendors I checked, which is what drew me in. Shipping dragged though, the better part of two weeks before it landed, and there was no tracking update for most of that. Vials arrived sealed and properly filled at least.

I went in expecting the usual small-vendor experience and Synergy actually exceeded it. I ordered GHK-Cu and BPC-157 on a Thursday afternoon and the confirmation plus a real tracking number landed within a few hours, not the next day. The box turned up four days later, double-bagged with an ice pack that was still cold, and every vial was filled right up to the line with a clean lyo cake. I had a question about whether they had AOD-9604 coming back in stock and the reply came the same afternoon, polite and actually answered what I asked. The only thing keeping this from being a no-notes order is the COA situation. The third-party report is there on the site but it is not lot-matched, so you are taking it slightly on faith that your specific vial corresponds. For a vendor this size though I was happy, and I have already put in a second order.

Order went through and arrived in about five days. The Semax vial was sealed and looked right, but there was no cold pack in the box and it had been sitting in a warm mailroom, which made me a little uneasy for the price I paid.

Picked up CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin to try them out. Packaging was plain and tidy, vials well filled, no issues with the order at all.

The TB-500 itself looked fine, lyo cake intact and the vial sealed properly. My gripe is the certificate on the product page is a generic one, not tied to my lot number, so I emailed to ask for the matching one and that is still where it sits.

The cold pack had completely melted by the time the package got to me. Vial looked okay but for the price I'd expect better cold-chain handling.

Shipping was 5 days from order to doorstep. Price point is middle-tier but the reliability makes it worthwhile. Customer service is responsive though sometimes takes 24hrs to reply. Only minor complaint is they don't offer international shipping which limits options for collaborative research. Overall solid vendor for CJC needs.

Ordered Epithalon and CJC-1295 for longevity research protocols. Both peptides arrived properly packaged with gel ice packs and COAs showing good purity (Epithalon 97.8%, CJC 98.9%). The Epithalon is notoriously difficult to source with reliable quality so I was pleased with the clear reconstitution. CJC was textbook perfect. Shipping took 6 days which is acceptable. Customer support was responsive when I had questions about storage recommendations. Pricing is fair for the quality level. One vial had a slightly bent cap but didn't affect the seal. Would recommend Synergy for researchers who prioritize quality over rock-bottom pricing.
