Shipping was a lot slower than the 2 to 5 days they advertise, closer to two weeks once a label was even generated, and I had to send a follow-up email just to get tracking. The CJC-1295 itself arrived intact with the vials filled correctly and properly capped, and the COA they emailed checked out. Product is fine but the wait and the chasing knock it down for me.
Placed a first order in June that went fine, but when I went back in July the whole website was offline with a maintenance notice. Tried the gmail support address and waited about five days for a one-line reply that didn't really tell me when they'd be back up. Hard to rely on a vendor you can't actually order from half the time.
TB-500 and Ipamorelin both showed up in two days, wrapped tight with no rattling. Easy reorder.
No certificate came in the box, just the vials and an invoice. I emailed and they did send a COA back a couple days later, but it was a generic sheet for the compound and not tied to my actual batch number. Would rather it just be in the package and batch-specific like the better sources do.
Ordered the 10mg BPC-157 and the vials looked great, properly sealed and filled to the line. Shipping took four days which is fine.
MK-677 came packaged plainly with a cold pack that was mostly thawed. Nothing wrong with the product, just middle of the road overall.
Had a question about my GHK-Cu order and the rep actually replied within a day and sorted it. Shipping was average but the service was solid.
Half the peptides I wanted were out of stock and the retatrutide I did get took forever to ship. Vial quality was fine but the wait was frustrating.
Tried to order and the whole site was in maintenance mode for a few days. Once it was back up the checkout worked fine and the order itself was okay.
Third order with Titan. Tirzepatide arrived sealed, well labeled, batch COA matched. Reliable so far.
Titan Peptide has been my go-to for NAD+ over the last 18 months. We're running a long-term cellular senescence study and consistency between batches is critical for us. Every shipment from Titan has been reliable—purity tests at 99.1% average when we verify internally. The COAs are comprehensive and include stability data, which most vendors don't provide. Their website could use an upgrade (looks a bit dated), but the product quality speaks for itself. Shipping is typically 3-4 days to our facility in Colorado, always with proper cold chain handling. I've had a few conversations with their technical support team about storage protocols and they clearly know their chemistry. Pricing is on the higher end but justified by the quality control. One improvement: they sometimes run out of stock on popular items like NAD+, so planning ahead is necessary. Would definitely recommend for serious research applications where purity matters.
Shipping was quick this time, around five days. COA was provided but I had to email to actually get it, would prefer it just be in the listing.
Third order of BPC-157 from Titan and they've been consistent every time. Lab results match their COAs within acceptable margins. Shipping is quick—usually get my package within 4 days. Their packaging is probably the best I've seen, with foam inserts and proper temperature monitoring stickers. Only knocked off one star because their prices went up about 15% recently and there's no loyalty discount program for repeat customers.
Their CJC-1295 was a fair bit cheaper than what I usually pay elsewhere and the powder reconstituted clear. Packaging was plain but everything arrived intact.
One of my ipamorelin vials looked noticeably underfilled compared to the others in the order. Emailed about it twice and still waiting on a real reply.
Took almost two weeks to arrive and the ice pack was fully melted by the time it got here. Vials themselves were sealed properly at least.
Product looked fine, lyophilized cake intact. My gripe is the COA they sent wasn't tied to my actual batch number, just a generic one. Asked support and got a vague answer.
Ordered BPC-157 and TB-500, both showed up sealed and labeled with a batch COA in the box. Shipping was about a week, no complaints.
