Fourth or fifth order at this point. Pricing is fair, the COAs are always in the box and tie to the lot, and stock is dependable. Shipping speed bounces around a bit, this time five days, but it gets here and it gets here insured. For the catalog breadth they have I'll keep using them.

Second order from Umbrella. The semaglutide vial was filled correctly and the testing sheet was in the box, no complaints there. But one item I wanted showed in stock at checkout and turned out to be backordered, and it took a follow-up email before they refunded that line.

Card was charged the moment I checked out and then the order sat for over a week with zero updates. I get that demand is up but a quick email saying it's delayed would go a long way. When it finally arrived everything was correct and the COA was batch-specific, so the product side is okay. The fulfillment communication is the problem and it nearly cost them a returning customer.

Free tracked and insured shipping with no minimum, and it actually moved fast this time. Three days. Vials well filled and documented.

The certificate they tucked in was for a different lot than the one printed on my vial. Not the end of the world and the order itself was on time, but I had to email to get the matching sheet sent over.

Vial showed up in a padded envelope with not much else around it. Made it here intact so no harm done, but for a summer order I'd have liked at least a cold pack. COA was included.

My order arrived missing one of the two BPC-157 vials I paid for. I've emailed twice and left a voicemail over the span of two weeks and have heard absolutely nothing back. The items that did show up were packed fine and had paperwork, but a missing vial with no response is not acceptable for the money.

Checked the certificate against my lot number and it lined up, third-party sheet not just an in-house one. That's really all I ask for.

Site advertises 24 to 48 hour processing but mine sat on a created label for almost five days before USPS actually scanned it. Product was fine when it finally landed and the COA matched the lot. Just don't expect the fast turnaround they promise.

What sold me was the catalog. They actually stock the GLP-3R vials when half the other vendors I checked were sold out. Order arrived on time, vials properly filled.

I've been a regular Umbrella customer for going on three years now and the consistency is the reason I keep coming back. Stock is reliable, the per-vial pricing has barely moved, and every single order has shown up well packed with the testing paperwork inside. This last one was an Ipamorelin and a CJC-1295 DAC, shipped same day, arrived in three. They're not the cheapest name out there but they've never given me a reason to shop around.

Ordered the BPC-157/TB-500 blend vial and it shipped the next day. Showed up in four days domestic with the COA in the box.

One of the two ipamorelin vials looked a little short on fill compared to the other. COA was fine and shipping was quick though.

What sold me is the public third-party COAs. Ordered semaglutide, purity numbers were posted and shipping was fast. Will be back.

CJC-1295 showed up quick and the vials looked great, properly filled. Free shipping with tracking is a plus.

Packaging is pretty plain but everything arrived sealed and the COA was batch specific. Did the job.

Got an email asking for a review after ordering Cagrilintide and BPC-157. The products arrived but one vial was cracked during shipping. Had to reach out to support twice before getting a replacement sent. Takes too long to get responses.

Order said delivered but I never received it. Insurance is supposedly included so I am still waiting on them to resolve it. Slow communication.
