Second order from Umbrella. The semaglutide vial was filled correctly and the testing sheet was in the box, no complaints there. But one item I wanted showed in stock at checkout and turned out to be backordered, and it took a follow-up email before they refunded that line.

When it finally arrived everything was correct and the COA was batch-specific, so the product side is okay. The fulfillment communication is the problem and it nearly cost them a returning customer.
