Tirzepatide order was solid, but my second order for NAD+ took over a week and support was slow to answer my email about it. Bit inconsistent.

Ordered both KPV and semaglutide for different projects. The semaglutide was good quality with a solid COA showing 98.1% purity. KPV was more questionable - reconstituted with some slight cloudiness that eventually settled but made me nervous about contamination. Customer service took 3 days to respond to my concerns which isn't great. Shipping was okay, about 5 days total. Prices are reasonable. The issue is quality control seems inconsistent between products. I'll probably use them again for semaglutide but might source KPV elsewhere. Not bad overall but not amazing either.

Semaglutide arrived but there was no cold pack in the box. It was cool outside so probably fine, still would have liked one for the price.

Average vendor honestly. Got my CJC-1295, it was fine, but prices are a little higher than a couple other domestic sources I use.

Product seems fine but it took nine days to arrive and I never got a tracking number until day six. Wish they communicated better.
