What Customers Mention
Ipamorelin vial arrived sealed and shipping was quick enough, but the price has climbed noticeably since my first order a few months back. Getting harder to justify.
When it's good it's good, fast shipping and fair prices. But COA quality varies order to order and that's the main thing holding me back from full marks.
Fast domestic shipping, vials labeled with lot numbers, COA matched. Support answered my pre-order question within a day this time.
Pricing is one of the better ones out there and shipping was quick. Just wish the third-party testing was more thorough on every batch.
Used them three times now. Consistent fast shipping, fair prices and the vials are always sealed well. COAs available on the product pages.
Semaglutide order shipped fast. The COA they linked was for the batch generally and not my specific lot, would like that tightened up.
Half the things I wanted were unavailable, and one item went out of stock right after I added it to cart. What I did get arrived fine.
Checkout was simple, crypto payment accepted, shipped same day. Vials all sealed and labeled. No complaints this round.
Just a thin padded mailer and one vial label was scuffed up enough I could barely read the batch number. Contents looked fine but the presentation was sloppy.
Third time ordering from Xcel and they keep delivering. Got both Semax and CJC-1295 this time around. Shipping was impressively fast - ordered on a Monday and it arrived Thursday morning with proper cold packing. Both vials came sealed correctly and the COAs showed high purity (Semax at 98.9%, CJC at 98.4%). Pricing is fair for the quality you're getting. I've compared their products to other vendors and Xcel holds up well. Only issue I've had is one time their customer service took 3 days to respond to a question, but once they did they were helpful. Overall solid vendor that I trust for research needs.
Hard to find a vendor that stocks this many compounds. Retatrutide was in stock when others were sold out. Powder reconstituted clear.
Shipping was quick and pricing is fair. But the COA situation is inconsistent, some came with full panels and one only had a purity number.
Ordered CJC-1295 from Xcel and while the product itself seems fine, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. The vial came in just a padded envelope with minimal protection. Given the fragile nature of these products, I expected better insulation especially for the price point. Shipping was reasonably fast at about 5 days. The COA was included which is good, purity looks decent at 98.2%. Customer service responded to my email within a day when I had questions about reconstitution. Overall it's okay but I've seen better packaging from other vendors. Would probably order again if they improve the shipping materials.
Product was fine but I had a question about a backordered item and it took almost a week to get an email back. Customer service needs work.
Second order from them. Same fast turnaround, vials labeled clearly with batch numbers. Prices crept up a little since last time though.
Annoying that you can't even see products without registering. Once I ordered though it shipped quick and the TB-500 vial looked good.
Domestic shipping is genuinely fast, ordered before noon and it went out same day. Packaging was discreet and everything sealed.
Order arrived on time. Lyophilized cake looked intact. COA was generic for the batch, not specific to my lot which I'd have preferred.
I've been ordering from Xcel Peptides for about 6 months now and they've been consistently solid. Most recently picked up both Semax and CJC-1295 for my research protocols. The Semax purity tested at 99.1% according to their COA which is excellent - I can tell the difference in my work compared to lower quality batches I've gotten elsewhere. The CJC-1295 also came with full documentation and appears to be accurately dosed. What I really appreciate is their attention to detail - everything arrives cold packed with temperature monitoring strips, so I know it wasn't compromised in transit. Shipping took 4 days which is reasonable. Pricing is middle of the road, not the cheapest but definitely not gouging either. My only minor complaint is their website could use some updating, it feels a bit dated and clunky to navigate. But honestly that's a small thing when the actual products are this reliable. Customer service has been responsive the couple times I've reached out with technical questions. Will definitely continue using them for future orders.
One of the vials in my order was visibly underfilled compared to the rest. Emailed them, took four days to hear back and the reply was pretty vague.
