  • You retain ownership of your content and may edit or delete your reviews at any time.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on amino.reviews:

  • Fake reviews: Submitting reviews for products you have not purchased or experiences you have not had.
  • Harassment: Threatening, abusive, or harassing language directed at individuals, vendors, or other users.
  • Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content unrelated to genuine vendor reviews.
  • Competitive sabotage: Submitting negative reviews to harm a competitor or inflating reviews for your own business.
  • Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or relationship with a vendor.
  • Illegal content: Content that promotes illegal activity or violates applicable laws.
  • Personal information: Publishing private or personally identifiable information of others without consent.

5. Vendor Pages

  • Vendors may claim their page by verifying ownership through our claims process.
  • Claimed vendors may respond to reviews, upload lab test results, send review invitations, and manage their public profile.
  • Vendor responses must be professional, truthful, and relevant to the review.
  • Vendors may not incentivize, coerce, or manipulate customers to leave positive reviews or remove negative ones.

6. Intellectual Property

The amino.reviews platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is the intellectual property of amino.reviews. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use.

7. Research Purposes Disclaimer

amino.reviews is a review platform for research peptides vendors. All products reviewed and discussed on this platform are intended for research purposes only. The platform does not provide medical advice, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as an endorsement or recommendation for human consumption of any product.

8. Limitation of Liability

amino.reviews is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review, rating, or vendor information on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, amino.reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Reviews submitted prior to termination may remain on the platform in anonymized form.
