Editing a Review
If you need to update your review — for example, your experience changed after follow-up orders, or you want to add more detail — you can edit it at any time.

Go to My Reviews
Sign in and navigate to Dashboard → My Reviews.

Click Edit
Find the review you want to change and click the Edit button.

Make Your Changes
You can update the rating, title, body text, photos, and product tags.

Submit
Your edited review will go through moderation again before the changes appear publicly.
Note: Edited reviews go back through the moderation queue. Your original review remains visible until the edited version is approved.
Deleting a Review
If you want to permanently remove a review:
- Go to Dashboard → My Reviews
- Click the Delete button on the review
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
Warning: Deleted reviews are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you're unsure, consider editing the review instead.
You can only edit or delete reviews that you submitted. If you believe a review by another user violates our guidelines, use the Report button on that review instead.
