Rating Scale
When rating a vendor, use the full 1–5 star scale to reflect your honest experience:
- 5 stars — Excellent. Outstanding product quality, fast shipping, great communication, everything as expected or better.
- 4 stars — Good. Solid experience with minor issues that didn't significantly impact your satisfaction.
- 3 stars — Average. Acceptable but with noticeable room for improvement. Mixed experience.
- 2 stars — Poor. Significant issues with product quality, shipping, communication, or accuracy.
- 1 star — Terrible. Major problems, unacceptable experience, or a complete failure to deliver.
What Makes a Good Review
- Based on real experience — Only review vendors you have actually purchased from
- Specific and detailed — Mention products by name, describe shipping times, packaging, and product quality
- Honest and balanced — Include both positives and negatives; no vendor is perfect
- Relevant photos — Product images, packaging, shipping condition, or lab results
Prohibited Content
Reviews that contain any of the following will be rejected during moderation:
- Fake or fabricated reviews — Reviews not based on actual purchase experience
- Spam or promotional content — Advertising, referral links, or self-promotion
- Profanity or personal attacks — Directed at vendors, staff, or other reviewers
- Competitor disparagement — Reviews written primarily to harm a competitor
- Conflict of interest — Reviewing your own business or a direct competitor
- Irrelevant content — Reviews that don't relate to the vendor's products or services
Photos Policy
Uploaded photos must be relevant to your review: product images, packaging, shipping condition, or lab test results. Do not upload photos containing personal information, inappropriate content, or images unrelated to the review.
