Claiming Your Vendor Page

How to claim and verify ownership of your vendor listing.

What Does Claiming Mean?

Claiming your vendor page on amino.reviews means taking official ownership of your business listing. Once claimed, you gain full control over your vendor profile — including the ability to respond to reviews, send review invitations, view analytics, upload your logo, and embed a review widget on your own website.

Until a page is claimed, it exists as a public listing that anyone can review, but no one can manage. Claiming it connects the listing to you as the verified business operator.

Who Can Claim a Vendor Page?

Only the actual business owner or an authorized operator of the vendor can claim a page. Each vendor page can only be claimed by one account. If someone has already claimed a page that belongs to your business, contact support@amino.reviews to resolve the dispute.

How to Claim Your Page

1

Find Your Vendor Page

Search for your business on amino.reviews or navigate directly to your vendor listing.

2

Click "Claim This Page"

On your vendor page, you will see a prominent "Claim This Page" button. Click it to begin the process.

3

Fill Out the Claim Form

Enter your business email address, your role at the company, and your website URL. Use an email that matches your business domain for faster verification.

4

Wait for Verification

Our team verifies claims by checking domain ownership against your email address. If your email matches the vendor domain, approval is typically automatic. Otherwise, we may reach out for additional verification.

Benefits of Claiming

  • Respond to reviews — Address customer feedback publicly and professionally.
  • Send invitations — Invite real customers to leave verified reviews.
  • View analytics — Track your rating trend, review volume, and invitation performance.
  • Upload your logo — Brand your vendor page with your business identity.
  • Embed a widget — Display your amino.reviews rating and reviews on your own website.
Tip: Use a business email that matches your vendor domain (e.g., you@yourvendor.com) for the fastest approval. Generic email providers may require manual review.
