Dashboard Overview
Your vendor dashboard Overview page gives you a real-time snapshot of how your business is performing on amino.reviews. At the top, you will see summary cards with your key metrics, followed by interactive charts that visualize trends over time.
Key Metrics
- Average Rating — Your overall star rating across all approved reviews, weighted by recency and verification status.
- Total Reviews — The number of published reviews on your vendor page.
- Response Rate — The percentage of reviews you have responded to. A higher response rate builds trust with potential customers.
- Invitation Conversion Rate — The percentage of sent invitations that resulted in a completed review. This tells you how effective your invitation strategy is.
Charts
Rating Over Time
This chart tracks your average rating month by month. Look for upward trends as you improve your service, or dips that might correlate with specific issues you can address.
Reviews Per Month
Shows your review volume over time. Consistent review flow is a positive signal — gaps may indicate you need to send more invitations or follow up with customers.
Invitation Statistics
The Invitations section of your dashboard shows detailed stats on every invitation you have sent, including how many were delivered, opened, completed, and expired. Use this data to optimize your timing and follow-up strategy.
Using Your Analytics
- Identify trends — Spot improvements or declines before they become entrenched.
- Measure satisfaction — Your average rating is a direct proxy for customer sentiment.
- Optimize invitations — If your conversion rate is low, experiment with sending invitations earlier or later after delivery.
