Setting Up Your Vendor Dashboard

Configure your dashboard and manage your vendor profile.

Accessing Your Dashboard

Once your vendor page is claimed and approved, sign in to amino.reviews and click Dashboard in the navigation bar. The sidebar will show a Vendor section with all your management tools.

Dashboard Sections

  • Overview — Your rating summary, review count, recent reviews, and performance charts at a glance.
  • Reviews — Browse and respond to all reviews on your vendor page. Filter by rating, date, or verification status.
  • Invitations — Send review invitations to customers manually, and track which invitations have been sent, opened, completed, or expired.
  • Lab Tests — Submit third-party lab test certificates to demonstrate product purity and quality.
  • Widget — Get your embeddable widget code and preview how it looks in light and dark themes.
  • API Keys — Create and manage API keys for programmatic integrations and the WooCommerce plugin.

First Steps After Claiming

Upload Your Logo

Add your business logo to make your vendor page look professional. Go to your vendor profile settings to upload an image.

Respond to Existing Reviews

If your vendor page already has reviews, take time to respond to them — especially any negative feedback. This shows potential customers that you are engaged and attentive.

Send Your First Invitations

Start collecting verified reviews by inviting recent customers. Head to the Invitations section and enter a customer email and name to send your first invitation.

Tip: Your vendor dashboard is free with no monthly fees. All features — including invitations, analytics, and the widget — are included at no cost.
